Usage

data(test_ts)

Format

A dataframe containing the following columns:

  • time (as.time_period) - the time column

  • growth (numeric) - the growth column

  • incidence (numeric) - the incidence column

  • rt (numeric) - the rt column

  • denom (numeric) - the denom column

  • proportion (numeric) - the proportion column

  • relative.growth (numeric) - the relative.growth column

  • count (numeric) - the count column

Any grouping allowed.
